"Never received a call that my vacuum was “fixed”. I called 3 weeks after I dropped it off and was told it was ready a week ago. Did not clean my vacuum, did not clean out the filters and never fixed the original problem. If you have a Dyson that is within warranty, call Dyson and have them ship it to the nearest Dyson facility to people that actually know how to repair vacuums. Dyson did a great job in repairing my vacuum and shipping was fast and FREE."

"Was not pleased with the condition of my vacuum after it was there for 2 1/2 months. There were surface scratches and adhesive residue on the top. The wheels now squeak when they didn't before."
