Domino's Pizza

"I ordered my food and it showed 24 minutes for pick up or 65 minutes for delievery. I placed order and went to get the order a little bit later. Arrived and was told 25 more minutes before it was going to be started. Waited and then was told another 3 was in front of me and another 25 minutes. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told no manager was there only a shift leader. The shift leader said there wasn't nothing they could do because they had 5 people, which was a lie there was 7 employees and some of those just standing around. When speaking to shift leader he said 5 names was in front of mine so they couldn't even give me a correct time frame. This is a reoccurring thing for me when ordering from dominos. I've never ordered from a place so slow. I hope my pizza isn't as bad as the service I've had to wait on."

"They brought us an Alfredo pizza with tomato sauce, no Alfredo. Pretty much ruined dinner for one member of our party that can’t eat tomatoes. Also took a while to deliver. The food wasn’t exactly hot by the time it arrived. According to the tracker, the driver went to an address about 15 away from our house before coming here even though our house was on the way."

"I ordered a pizza on a week day, took an hour and a half to get to me, isn’t even warm, and the delivery driver arrived 20 minutes after I received my message that he was pulling up. 2 stars because the lady over the phone was pleasant when I called about my order."

"Timothy is a great delivery driver and Joseph made our pizzas excellent. Every time I order to deliver, they are fresh, hot and made with care."

"We ordered a pizza with chicken and provolone cheese. We got chicken and salami. My family does not eat pork due to religion. I had to drive all the way back to pick up a fresh pizza, nothing was given to me extra for having to drive back. They didn't even offer to have it delivered. So now I wasted a bunch of fuel, just to get what I originally ordered. There is no care in the world to make things right here. My family and I will NEVER be coming back to this Domino's again. I would rather burn more fuel driving to Conway to get pizza then this place due to the carelessness and not trying to make things right."
