"Aweful I had asked over a month ago for someone from corporate to contact me and I have never been contacted. I am still being charged for service plan even though I told John today that I didn't have anything and that it showing I owed almost $17.00 is untrue I do not owe this he told me he would take care of it when I signed into my account it still shows it is owed this shows me he did not do what he said he was going to do. I also have a big issue that I'm not sure can be resolved at store level. I would still appreciate someone from corporate contacting me to resolve this issue. I was going to try and give this store 1 more try but got told on a 16.99 a week item that I would have to pay over $100 to get a tv told only appliances is all I could get without having to pay the $100.00 I do not need those items due to where I live providing them all and still do not trust certain employees to not run their mouth and not lie about things"

The gentleman who sold me the furniture and appliance were beyond helpful, very knowledgeable, and just perfect. We laughed, we searched colors and designs, and we treated like family. My delivery was on time and well thought out. Chewy and Ash were fast, friendly, funny, and very kind. Couldn't ask for better people. I absolutely recommend this store in every way!!!"
