"Drove 2 hours to the store and bought a $371 dollar fridge that I liked. Took it home and after 2 days it did NOT cool off even a little bit. Called Jarry's up while on my way to the repair shop (They have a 60 day Warranty) and they said to bring it on in and they would repair or replace it. When I got to the location on Jackson I was helped by Romulo and he was AWESOME! We ended up being upgraded to a much nicer refrigerator for FREE and the whole experience went from being a "Bad Apple" to a "Five-Star Event" Great Job, Jarry's Appliance! I will buy from you guys again!"

"Unmatched Service!! We had a minor issue with a refrigerator right before a 3 day holiday weekend. They sent out 2 guys within a couple of hours to get us squared away, because they didn't want our food to spoil over the long weekend. "If you need appliances go here first! Very helpful employees and lots to choose from no matter your budget honestly. They also have a warehouse over on Jackson off of Towson with furniture as well. We got a package bundle deal and they worked with us to get to the price we wanted to spend at the time. Will definitely be back to do business with them in the future."
