"Decided to use auto hail specialists because my mom used a different company here in town and it was a month long messy hassle. Daniel made this process super simple and easy! Took less than a week to have my car fixed and they put me in a free rental. Highly recommend!!"

"Do not recommend. I used this same guy when he was working at the Auto Hail Specialist business in Pflugerville Texas (see previous review). Ryan intentionally cut corners (did not properly clear and buff the vehicle) to make a bigger profit. The car looked good for a few months but within a year the paint was hazy, foggy and dull. See attached photos which demonstrate the reflection in the paint is blurred. Thank goodness the Auto Hail Specialist in TX (not related to this location) honors their warranty and repainted my car at no cost. I am sure the Arkansas location won’t do the same as they would have to repaint all cars within a year. As the TX location is not related to this one do not rely on the 5 star ratings of the Texas company when considering this “business.”"
