"have used Finish Line in the past and had no problems, but never again. I called this morning to ask if/when they could do a repair on my car. No one answered so I left a voicemail, and a nice gentleman called me back within half an hour. I explained what I needed, he told me what information he needed from me, and I told him I would get that info and call him back, which I did. He called me shortly after to tell how much it would be. He asked me to stop by after work so he could look at it to be sure he ordered the right parts. I told him it would be about 5:30 and he said that would be fine. (Note that online it says they are opened til 6:00). When I got there, the gates were pulled closed but weren't locked, and there was a gap large enough for me to walk through. Normally, I wouldn't do that, but remember I was ASKED to stop by and told 5:30 was fine. I was barely through the gate when a woman came out yelling about how much it was gonna cost to fix her gate that I broke, telling met to get out NOW. I was stunned, and all I could say was, "I have an appointment to speak with someone." She continued yelling, telling me she knew I didn't have a appointment, and even if I did it was now 5:30 and they closed at 5:00. I got back to my car as quick as I could and left, because honestly I felt in danger. after I left, I called their number and left another voicemail telling them not to bother calling me again and why. Look, there are ways to deal with people. Had she been even the least bit nice, it wouldn't be a big deal. I would never speak to someone like that ESPECIALLY a potential customer. Please don't support this business that treats people like garbage"
