"Was a little frustrated. When I called about a tire they said only new and had to order it. Had the guy call me back with the total price. When the call was returned promptly I was told one amount, which included mount and balanced, I remember due to the fact I have to get tires often, otherwise I would have specifically asked. We ran up and paid for it. Called this morning it was in and they had time to put it on. Which was great. Take the car up there get everything done and get told it is actually more. That is very frustrating. But the tire was already mounted balanced and on the car. What was I supposed to do. So I had to run home for more money."

All this was provided for a measly tire install. They had no issues about installing a third-party tire, and were super helpful, friendly and neighborly!
