"Took my car in for a alignment and had the absolute worst experience they told me my brand new ball joints and outer tire rods I put in were “loose” manger was very rude took it to another shop and they said everything was good and did the alignment no problem I won’t be back."
"Got my tires aligned like I needed, but very dissatisfied with their time efficiency. Our appointment was at 10:30, we showed up early and didn’t get our car back until 12. Still had to wait for the alignment to get done after that. It’s understandable that sometimes you get behind, but be courteous and let your customers not that information. And please don’t schedule an appointment when you’re behind or short staffed and cant get the service done at the time scheduled."
