"Had a nail in my tire. Had it fixed. Well they didn't check anything else on the tire. Just where they were showed. Had to put air in the same tire valve stem was bad.and leaking."

"Brought my car here to have the cabin filter changed. I didn't know my car doesn't have a cabin filter. They cut a hole in my car to put a cabin filter in and then charged me for it without telling me they cut a hole in it. I took my car to Bob Roger's in Paris for other work to be done and they told me about the hole that was cut. I am infuriated with the dishonesty of this company."
