"Was quoted a price and told it would be done by noon. At the end of the day i was told they couldn't complete the repair properly without ordering a bracket and because they had spent so much time working on it the labor charge went from $91 to $300. Then they would order the part and spend more time working on it. No thank you. Once they realized it needed the bracket, they should have called and informed me that more parts and labor was needed to fix properly before proceeding."

"State police had my senior citizen mother vehicle towed. The lady added nearly $200 in fees including admin, cleanup with no debris and $50 a day in storage and wants to charge $100 in storage fees in Barling Arkansas for less than 24 hours. I told her this isn’t Los Angeles. I will never do business with them ever again. I asked them to waive the extra $50 and they refused. and they blamed the towing board. I believe they take advantage of the towing board to overprice their services."
