"we were coming up I40 started having a flat we pulled into walmart at alma tire service they were awesome helping us. They did not have a tire to fit our truck but they helped us get our spare out from under the truck and put it on in the place of our bad tire it had a knot on it. They would not take any money for helping us. We really appreciate how they helped us. the manager and a guy name of John were very nice and helpful. this was Saturday evening the 13th around 5pm."

"I had a flat in the late afternoon. I called and they got my 4 new tires (they needed replaced anyway) and did it quickly. It was a great experience."

"Bought a battery from them, got it home and it was bad. Brought it back in and the customer service desk wouldn't exchange it because the auto center was already closed. Had to come back in on another day with it, and when they ran the battery it tested bad BUT was still listed as unsold and in their inventory. Took forever to get straightened out but they finally got it replaced and the new one works perfectly."

"The new kid working behind the counter is super-super friendly. Wish his manager would've been more cordial but he was pretty rude. The service on our vehicle that we were there for was just fine, didn't have any problems with it at all and for that reason I'd return, but I hope I don't have to deal with the rude older man again. If you can't be nice in the morning, you shouldn't be working with the public. It's not like you had all day to sprout a chip on your shoulder, the day had just started, no excuse for your rudeness."
