"Have always heard nothing but good things about Schoenfeld Headers but that is not what we experienced when we recently ordered from them! Called talked to a few people at their shop and ordered a part for my car paid for it over the phone.When the part arrived it was wrong so called the company and no one was really clear on the return policy! Other than write a number on the box, they do not have return labels in the box so we had to pay to ship the part back and wouldn't get credit for it until they received it ! So we had to pay again to get the correct part sent (the wrong part that came was not because we ordered wrong- they sent the wrong one) ! So today they credited our debt card the cost of the part only on the original order! So all in all we ended up paying shipping for the wrong part to be sent ,shipping to return the wrong part and shipping to get the correct part sent! Absolutely not a good way to run a business in my opinion! Will never recommend this company to any one! Highly disappointed ! Have given them a call and Billy said he will return 2 of the charges for shipping ! If this happens i will kindly update! It is not a bad product it is just bad service!"
