"I haven’t used this shop yet but after watching mopar Joe on YouTube I’m definitely having him do my engine machine work on my 440. I’m making the trip all the way from the Oklahoma City area. The 2 episodes I watched this gentleman goes in-depth to joes machine work and explains what he’s doing and gives the hows and why’s. I’ll be coming soon to rogers."
"Honest guys... straight up!"
"I've talked to the owner on a couple of occasion. Professional and knowledgeable. I've seen his work, and when you're good, you stay busy. I will only go to the best when it comes to my cars...and this place is it!"
"BEWARE. I’m sure that Ed does great work, high quality machining. However, the rudeness I experienced made it so I would never get work done here. When I called to ask a few questions about a speciality fly wheel balance, I simply asked how long the turn-around would be as I was coming from an hour away. I was absolutely shocked when Ed suddenly got an attitude and hung up on me. When I called back to make it right, he proceeded to ramble and vent to me about all the bad business he has had lately and accused me of wasting his time. I hung up and was left very confused and offended. I can’t speak for his work, but the unprofessionalism was enough to make me go elsewhere. UPDATE: SEE RESPONSE BELOW. This is simply NOT the reality of what happened. I called with a few questions...can you balance a flywheel on a 77 Westfalia Type 4 engine and is your mandrel small enough for this particular flywheel? That’s all I asked. I was then bombarded by rambling and couldn’t even get a word in to end the conversation. I am a respectful and aware human being...I have no need to waste anyone’s time. If anything it was my time that was wasted by his ranting, as you can see in his response to my review. Very unprofessional. The dude is nutty and extremely unpleasant to talk to. There are many talented machinists out there, I’d advise going elsewhere. (Ps you can look at my review history...this is my only review ever. I do not just “give people bad reviews because I cannot have my way”. This is the first and only time I have felt compelled to leave a critical review. It was that bad of an experience)"
"Talked to Ed. Really really helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!!!"
