"I had an issue with my bunk heater and Tripac Evolution APU. I called that morning to see if they could fit my truck in, and they said sure. I arrived a few hours later, and 15 minutes after I got there, I was pulling into a bay. The technician took his time explaining everything to me and even showed me parts that were clogged and needed to be replaced. I took the truck back home that day, and everything now runs perfectly."

"Friendly people work there got my truck for apu service in right away when they said they were going to. Mike was very professional and polite over the ph and so was the other service writer when I showed up didn't get her name though. Tommy the tech who worked on my apu was fast but efficient and really did a great job. Would definitely recommend this to anyone needing service."

They had all parts on hand and the work was completed in a timely fashion. I would not only recommend them I will use them anytime I need work done and can get to them. They told me what I needed done but also other potential issues and the cost to alleviate that problem"

"Had work done at this location. Technician damaged my television inside my sleeper. I called 3 times and left a message before finally speaking to the manager who told me the technician denied damaging my property. After emailing him pictures he told me he would speak with the technician again and get back to me but never herd from him again. On top of that they didn't even fix my Apu properly which still craps out on me intermittently. Terrible communication and customer service. I will avoid this shop in the future as much as possible."
