"I do not recommend this car lot to anyone, I don’t know how the other locations are but the Bentonville location is horrible. My husband and I bought a brand new jeep grand Cherokee limited to have it for 4 months to go out of town for Christmas and it to break down and have to be towed to the nearest car lot. That car lot called me a week later to tell me this jeep has previously had a head replaced on it and it now needs a whole new motor. It was never disclosed to us that it had a head replaced before we bought it. We had to go back and forth with one of the managers to finally get into another car not that we wanted to go through them again but we didn’t have a choice. So we got a brand new jeep compass with 17 miles on it, had to take it to them because the air barely gets cold, it sputters when we drive it and the emergency brake randomly throws itself on. I dropped it off at the dealership on Thursday morning to pick it up today (Saturday morning) they told me that nothing is wrong with it. I leave the car lot drive it around and there’s still a weird sputter/popping noise when i drive it. This car lot has not been great to deal with at all and I will never buy from them again."
"Well put together dealership with even better salesman/finance consultants and managers Ben and Caleb do an outstanding job finding what you want by being knowledgeable on their products. If you want a dealership that will work for you and not against you, I highly recommend giving them your business."
"DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! A few weeks ago, I had the worst customer service experience of my entire life at this place. My truck broke down across town and we called this place to see if they could assist us in determining what was wrong with it. My truck is a 2020 ram. They told me that if we had it there by 2 PM that they could take a look at it. We show up around one and they proceeded to tell the tow truck driver to park it in the back lot. I question why there was nobody looking at it and they informed me that they were behind by two days and a mechanic would not be available for 2 to 3 days to evaluate the truck. After waiting multiple days I called to get an update and they finally tell me that the MGU needs to be replaced. No one can seem to tell me what that even meant at the time. It was covered under the emissions warranty so thankfully we can get it fixed without costing much. They told me that the truck should be available by 5 o’clock on Friday since I lived out of town two hours away. At 5:50 PM on Friday, they finally called to tell me that it still wouldn’t start after replacing that. The mechanic had recommended replacing the starter and battery at this point. I just replaced both of those in the previous couple months so I questioned the need for that. I was told that I would have to wait until Monday because the mechanic was not available. Monday morning comes around and I agreed to have those both replaced, which apparently fixed the starting issue. I had to drive up there to see if it was done because getting a hold of people there isn’t the easiest thing. The final cost to replace a battery, starter, and battery sensor was $1600! A little frustrated, I paid and went outside for him to pull my truck around. Once he pulls my truck around, the first thing I noticed was a deep scratch in my front bumper. I told him that that wasn’t there before and he went to go speak to the service manager, Ty. Ty’s response was to tell me that I should contact the tow driver because they probably damaged it while moving my truck. I said no, I meticulously watched them load and unload my truck, and it did not take place with them. He offered that I could come back on a day their paint touchup guy is there, which again, I live two hours out of town. After discussing this for a while, Ty finally agrees to pay up to $250 locally, once I got it fixed, and reimburse me. We will see if that happens. In the meantime, we start loading my truck up with my stuff and noticed the passenger window has been left down. There is still snow piled on top of my door jam and you can tell where it’s run down the door all over the place. It looks like dried water in some places and actively running in others. Snow is piled up in my seat and all over the floorboard as well. I asked for Ty to come outside and look at this and I proceeded to explain how disappointing and ridiculous the customer service is at his dealership. His response was “what do you want me to do about it?”, in a very non-caring way. I said I don’t know, this isn’t my dealership. I would think you guys would take better care of vehicles and customers with all of this. I am literally wiping the door jams off as he’s just standing there offering zero help or resolution to any of these issues. There was no getting towels to help clean it off, offering detail service, discounting the ridiculous bill, nothing. From start to finish this process was an absolute nightmare. Their communication sucks. Their service sucks. The quality of what they do sucks. Their customer service manager called me a couple days later and I explained this all to her. She apologized and absolutely agreed that this stuff should never happen. I told her the response of all these issues was absolutely unacceptable. I’d hoped that providing the feedback to her would’ve brought a phone call from management to discuss how crappy this dealership is, but nothing. Stay clear of this place."
"Worst customer service ever!! I had my vehicle serviced dropped it off the night before my service. Had a coupon for the service told them what it was when I spoke with them. My appointment was at 7:30am I messaged my advisor at 1:45 was told it was ready. when I got there my advisor said he had never seen that coupon before and didn't know it came with an oil change and tire rotation so if we stuck around for a few that could have it done by 2:30pm we said okay it was done until 3:30pm. If my advisor had never heard of that coupon it makes me wonder what they did with my car all day. We brought my fiance's jeep in to get fixed they said it needed a new thermostat and it would cost between $400-$500 dollars to fix it well later we are told its now going to be almost $1,000 and when I said what happened to the $400-$500 I was told they didn't know why I was told that but his jeep has a special motor so now its $1,000. Less than a month ago he had it serviced and spent over $700."
"Honestly WORST experience I’ve ever had! I have a 2018 JEEP Grand Cherokee and the power steering went out randomly on October 31st, 2023. I called to make an appointment for the following day at 3 pm due to my work schedule. I call the next morning to confirm my appointment and the guy tells me I’m not in the system and they don’t take appointments after 2 pm because the service team leaves at 5. Wow isn’t it that odd the website shows service closes at 6??? I finally got my car in and it's at the Jeep dealership 6 days later after having to continue to drive with NO power steering. I called up there the next day to get an estimate on time to see how long it's going to be. “I will give you a call back as soon as I figure that out give me just a couple minutes” that is what I was told. 24 hours go by and STILL no call back. I call back up there and I get told the same thing again and another 24 hours and no call. I finally have had enough at this point and I ask for the service supervisor. He tells me the parts I need are 45-60 days out STARTING in 1-1.5 weeks. So I'm looking at 1.5 - 2.5 months no thanks. magically the parts appear and will be here in 1 week. “We think we found your parts and they should be here Monday.” He sounded very unsure of that statement. “we will have your car back to you Tuesday evening / Wednesday.” This is 2 weeks after my car has been just sitting there not getting touched. Wednesday night I called and he told me “It's the wrong part we have a new one on order” I’m beyond frustrated at this point. I called back a week later and I was told by someone else that the “wrong part” was a damaged part I’m informed that it is currently on my car which it better be removed. I have talked to at least 3-4 different people since my car has been in. Another guy tells me my new parts will be here the Monday after Thanksgiving and I should have my car back by the end of the day or the following day. Guess what still no car. I called up there again and I was told they had known the parts wouldn’t be in until the 30th of November but I was told I'd have my car back on the 28th of November. Weird right? I am then told I'll have my car on Friday the 1st of December. Today is December 4th and I still do not have my car. I've had to call sales and parts to get me to anyone in service because it seems that NO ONE is EVER at a desk to answer a phone I have called 20 times since my car has been in and only talked to anyone maybe 5 times. I have been told 3 different dates on when I will get my car back and each date I’m given is before the parts are even supposed to arrive which infuriates me. I honestly can not explain in words how frustrated and disappointed I am in my experience. The vehicle is under warranty thankfully and I better not owe one cent to them. I asked for a Jeep corporate number but no one seemed to have it. I have owned 3 cars in the past 3 years and never have I ever had service below 5 stars until now. I honestly never want to purchase a car from this group again just for the worry of having to go back into the service department. 33 days since my car arrived there. I just want my car back :("
