"Update: After speaking with the General Manager Rusty, my experiences with this dealership were amazing! Then, I was able to work with Jacob Wilson and he was the absolute BEST salesperson. I would highly recommend him. So, between Rusty and Jacob, they made buying a vehicle super easy and stress free. Also their finance department was wonderful to work with. I honestly couldn’t be more pleased and am extremely grateful!!!! Thank you for everything!!!! My experience was an extremely bad experience. First impression, I waited for my salesperson for quite a while when I got there even though I had a standing appointment (I think about 10 minutes or so). I then had to wait quite a while for him to get the keys to test drive a vehicle I was interested in. Then after letting him know that we were going to come back on Wednesday for the original vehicle I wanted ( which they said would be back by then) we left and was not given a business card or anything else, which we though was quite strange. AND even had to request a printout of the specs on the vehicle I was interested in. Then less than an hour let I was called to come back by my sales person and I let him know I was headed over there. I then came back and waited over 20 minutes for my salesperson to come see me. We had to ask 2 different times for him. He then told us the vehicle we were coming back for on Wednesday had gotten damaged on the way to Tulsa and would be back after it was fixed but he would not be able to sell it to us. We then decided we were interested in talking with the company about buying the other vehicle we test drove and waited about another 20 minutes to hear back if the sales manager would start negotiations with us but after the wait we were just told that they were not interested in selling us this car either and told goodbye and the sales person barely wanted to shake our hands when we left. I’ve never been treated this way by a sales person."
