Country Club was also respectful of the fact that I didn’t have rental car insurance so made sure I didn’t leave my car with them until they were actually ready to begin repairs and kept it only as long as they promised to. "We took our car here so get our door fixed the work on the car was great but our experience with Mr Donald was terrible. He argued with us about our insurance, what car we had, and even our own names. When we dropped the car off we gave Mr Donald the payment in cash saying that he would keep it in our envelope, fast forward, we have the car back for two weeks then we get a call saying that we never gave hime any money and we’re stealing work from their company and committing insurance fraud. I thoroughly believe that Mr Donald should be removed form you team or moved to a department where he is more fit to work and not lose large sums of money and then try to blame the customer."
