"Mac is very polite and friendly and they are easy to get ahold of. However, I was disappointed at the speed of service and I did not feel like I was a priority when I took my bike to them. Furthermore, after getting the bike back I encountered the same issue for which I took the bike to them in the first place. Not wanting to undergo the same disservice I encountered during my first visit I took the bike elsewhere; only to find out that Tontitown Machine and Cycle incorrectly installed parts which led to further required repairs. Unfortunately, I was unable to come to a resolution with Mac over this incident. Consequently, I feel obligated to inform the public of my experience and suggest you do not take your bike to Tontitown Machine and Cycle."
