"Bought a Ferris mower 1yr and 2 months the seat fell of as well as the arm rest call the dealer in tonitown and they told me that they tried for 2 weeks to get ahold of the dealer with no luck, I got in touch with them via email and with in 30mins they messaged me back they had to call the dealer twice before they got ahold of them, then I had to take the mower there for pics a week later they called and had the new parts bring it up. When I did the guy in the shop said he didn't have time for me really a 15min job warrant at that, told me he couldn't get to it next week either really ???? No service after the sale I would not recommend buying from these place if they don't have time to put a seat on they don't have time for you. After writing this review Mr Paul the owner got in touch with me and did more then make it right with and didn' t know this had when on he send a mechanic with the new seat and free oil filter so I was very pleased with how it all turned out and will keep doing business with them thanks again Paul."

"What a great company. They went above and beyond in order to make things right. My mower was in the shop for several months due to a warranty/recall issue. The parts were back ordered and the grass was getting long. Mind you this was through no fault of Tatum - this was a supply and demand issue that was out of their control.
