Discount Tire

"Have purchased a few sets of tires here. Have had good customer service when purchasing tires. However, service after the purchase is lacking.. Have taken my truck twice to have the tires rotated and balanced where we waited for the service. The first time i watched them just rotate them. I let it go. We recently went back and I again watched from the lobby. The tech rotated them but was only going to balance the tire moving to the front. I spoke to a rep and he went out and had the tech balance both. I couldn't see what the tech on the other side did. The customer shouldn't have to watch the service team to ensure you get quality and correct service. If you ask for rotate and balance, that's what you should receive.."

"Ruined the hub on my wheel when they tried to replace the tire. When I came in to try and get the issue resolved, they were rude and very dismissive. Didn't take any accountability for their mistake, and left me paying $2-300 out of my own picket to get it fixed! Even if you can find cheaper tires here, after you pay for whatever problems they caused it's a wash. Definitely my last time walking through their doors."

"Bought tires and rims. Staff was very knowledgeable about the issues I was having with my old tires and rims that no other shop ever found from 2015 to 2023. Always nice that they offer free tire air checks as well. Nice staff."

"Been coming here for years, usually buy 2 set a year. The last rotate & balance they didn't inspect the tires and had be leave with a screw in my tire! I thought is was just a stone in the threads, because surely they wouldn't have me leave with something like a screw in my tire."

"So I was at discount getting new tires and I had spacers also. I asked them if they could put them on aswell and Taylor is the guy that helped me that day and he no problem so they put new tires and spacers on my truck. Fast forward to now my wheel fell off because they did not properly install the spacers and now Taylor is saying he had nothing to do with my spacers and the manager is also backing Taylor so they’re not gonna help me out I’m stuck paying for all the damages to my truck which is 1800 out of my pocket! They were trying to gaslight me saying I had it done somewhere else nothing but a bunch of liars up there 100% would not recommend l!!!!"
