"New alt that I had to put on in parking lot went bad after less than 20 min. Had to warranty and they argued about giving core charge back and really rude. Save yourself the headache and go a mile down the road to other o Reilly store where they treat you like a customer."
"Extremely disappointed with my experience. I was sold the incorrect part and had to take off work and run to different locations across town to find the correct part. When I asked the manager if they could discount the part to at-least show some courtesy for the inconvenience they caused I was told no and the best they could offer was a “sorry”. The customer service at this location is abysmal and I won’t be back."
"Dissapointed ask for assistance and I shouldn't, even as I told the guy what vehicle I got and offered him to look at it he insisted not to do so. He instett just didn't wanted to help or just doesn't know enough about cars! Told him what I needed and he still gave me the wrong seat covers. My backseat are one piece including the headrests and the front headsets are separate. But he insisted they once he gave me will fit! Wrong as I said! Went to Fayetteville store and service way better and more knowledgeable. Returned covers there."
"The workers were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We got the items we needed quickly, we got out quickly, and most importantly the price was low! A quick detour just west of I-49. Plenty of parking too."
