"Picked up a refrigerator and brought it home myself to find it was damaged. Call the store and in a couple of days they delivered a new one. I have cork flooring in my kitchen, and the two installers damaged the flooring. I was told they would take care of it and to send an estimate and pictures and so I did. I can’t get anyone to call me back or return an email. I understand things happen but it’s how you take care of it and your customers that makes a difference!"
