"If the food was made properly, this would be the best burger king. The people are so friendly. It looks like these $3 wraps are made with a lil chicken nugget. Lol Waste of $."

"The Impossible Whopper has been substituted with a regular meat whopper patty the last 3 times I've done an online order pick up at this location. The patty and wrapper are different and noticeable. I'll even emphasize "Impossible Whopper" at the speaker and they still throw a regular cheaper burger in the bag. I'm thinking it's a scam going on at this point, it can't just be coincidence. 3 times in a row"

"The heavy set white guy that took my order was nice. The food was okay except fries was cold. But this atmosphere was awful heavy set white girl was talking to two males about taking hydrocodone and Tylenol and had 2 bottles of medicine along with other stuff at the counter. No one helped the one person in the grill. And the lady wearing glasses up front said nothing nor did anyone else to the girl with the drugs and talking about taking stuff. Burger King someone really needs to come in and do some house cleaning. This is awful and I will tell people and won't be back. And the men with little boy was not happy about it either."

"I waited 10 minutes at the speaker for someone to address me. Then mistook my order, didn't tell me a total. Told me to go to 1st window, rude lady screamed from 2nd window. Upon moving to 2nd window, the order was corrected and the rude employee(s) argued that I didn't order 2 meals. After paying nearly 40$ I got a bag with 1 fry short and 1 drink short. Drink was fixed with 80% ice mix. Great 2 sips of diet coke and fries speckled in black bits and burnt leftovers from oil that hasn't changed in months. The whoppers were pitiful the chicken nuggets tasted like a$$. I threw the fries out the window and awfully sad no napkins or straws. Can I get my money back? Seriously, worst experience ever at a BK lounge. Needs new ownership and management. Awful."

"I ordered two snack wraps, the honey mustard and spicy. They were ok. The chicken strip was small and they load the tortilla with this horseradish type sauce. This makes it kind of messy. You taste this more than anything. The service was good and quick. I can really appreciate that. They need to clean the drink and condiment area."
