"I ordered 4 corn dogs, 2 soft pretzel that supposed to come with cheese and did not. I had to call back in twice to ask for my mustard and cheese and the staff never brought it to me. My wife had to get out of the vehicle and proceeded to the front door and was greeted with sarcasm and was told we had to pay for the cheese in which we already did when we ordered the pretzels. These employees need to understand what customer service is and how you are to treat a customer when they just purchased from you. If I could rate this location lower than a 1 star I would."

"We placed an order on the app and got the wrong drink, no jalapeños that we paid for, and no salsa with our burritos. We had to go back after getting all the way back home just to get what we paid for. I feel like it isn’t that hard to read the order on the screen, especially when it’s through the app, since I worked there for years. We were also the only car there and it took over 15 minutes."

"They have the best diet Limeades ever. My treat for myself. The kids love their corn dogs and cheeseburgers."

"If I could give a lower review I would. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake master milkshake and got a strawberry milkshake. The number 11, chicken tender boxes (2) I ordered were old. The jumbo popcorn chicken I ordered (1 large, 1 medium)was old…not even edible. If you look at the pictures, there was basically no chicken or it dissolved. Not to mention, I didn’t get my dipping sauces. Chicken was hard as a rock. My previous experience with this location was similar, but wanted to give it another chance. I will not be coming back to this location."
