"I went to this Braums location in Idabel, Oklahoma. I ordered some food that was not prepared like I asked. I took the food back inside and the manager Jamie listened to my concerns and prepared the order over again in a timely manner. She was very courteous and sensitive to my concern. Thank you Jamie for providing excellent customer service."
"I usually like this location, but something was most definitely off this time. The food (chili, mind you) was cold and there were flies flying all around. I couldn't have enjoyed myself even if I tried. Thumbs down this time. Side note:This was my first time ever going inside. I usually use the drive-through."
