Sonic Drive-In

"This is the worst Sonic of all Sonic restaurants I've ever been to. I order burgers there because it's close to where I live and no matter how much I emphasize that I do NOT want cheese, there is ALWAYS cheese when I get home. It has come to the point where I won't even go anymore because I know that no matter how hard I try to get them to get my order right, they just won't. I don't get what the deal is. Fast food restaurants don't really care about reviews, I feel. But if you go here, you probably need to VERY strongly reiterate your order specifications and hope they figure it out."

"Absolutely horrible people, they screwed my DoorDash order up two different times, and then refused to send the correct order because they messed up. I wouldn’t send my dog to this restaurant."

"It took about 15 minutes for my order to be delivered. I had to get out of my car to see where my order was. All other Sonics in the past have been excellent"

"Ordered a Hot fudge Sunday and couldn’t get the order out fast enough before interrupted and was told the machine was broke.. would I like a shake instead.. I said no thank you and got my drink. While sitting there another person pulls up and orders a Hot Fudge Sunday and he was brought one.. wow!!! So I asked the carhop about it and she said it’s runny and the consistency wasn’t good but would I like to have one..? Well I really didn’t know what to think.. either they didn’t care about the customer thoughts about getting a runny Sunday or they just didn’t want to sell ME one..???? I used to run a restaurant for 30 yrs and I always took care of my customers no matter what and always polite and respectful . just don’t understand how things go these days.. they have pretty good ice and drinks and if not for that I wouldn’t even bother coming to this Sonic !"

"The ice fairies strike again. Drove 20 minutes just to come get a Route 44 Limeade and some chili cheese tots (which ended up being fries when I got them), only to realize after maybe 5 good big drinks of my limeade, that it's gone. You would think that it would be hard to gauge how much ice to put in a cup, but no, it's not hard when there's a line INSIDE the cup near the halfway point between top and bottom, telling you where to fill the ice to. But maybe my expectations are too high, so I digress."
