"Our son was with Up for a few months (due to us moving, that’s why it was only a few months) they helped out son, tremendously. Our son is non-verbal and a tiny ball of rage. We were sleepless, and tired. We started him, and with in the first month at up, he was learning to communicate with us, and learning patience. He was playing again and happy. Everyone on staff is absolutely amazing, Chandler and Tomaric (probably spelled that wrong) did everything and more to make sure our son was learning and being taken care of. Maria his BA had such wonderful game plans and was always giving us updates, Sylvia was absolutely amazing as well. All our questions were always answered, and we even got to do a few hands on sessions, and see how the center and the learning really worked. We really wish they had an up in the area we’ve moved too, and we will greatly miss Johns people."
