"I went in for a baker's cyst behind my left knee. I've already had an ultrasound and MRI done to identify what was causing my pain. Unfortunately, the Dr didn't use the information sent over and said my issue is arthritis caused, most likely, by my weight and he gave me a cortisone shot. After the numbing agent in the shot wore off, I noticed I still have the same pain and discoloration. I ended up having to go back to my GP to verify I do have a baker's cyst and it needs to be dealt with. I'm upset and disappointed that, even though my referral was for this cyst and I mentioned directly to the dr the diagnosis I had, my MRI having been sent over and my symptoms, it was essentially brushed off. I can't recommend this practice based off this experience."
