Medi-Quik Pharmacy

"My husband is on disability and so our income is limited. It’s a new year and some of his medications were no longer fully covered by his insurance. So he went in and asked to just get a new medication his doctor had sent in and a few that he could afford to get before he got his check (he has like 12 medications). Not only do they keep refilling medications he has asked them not to, but yesterday they were so rude about him only being able to pick up a few of them! Not to mention, his insurance company told him that they are overcharging him for most of his prescriptions! We will be changing pharmacies!"

"Has been ok for the last year until today ! I’m on disability and get paid once a month. And had copay that I couldn’t do at the time . Went in and ask if I could just pay for new prescription that was sent in. The lady behind the counter got very upset and rude. I even said sorry for the headache and she replied (excuse me ! ) And just looked at me for min with out saying anything. I guess they don’t like tattooed preachers ! I said God bless and left I’m pulling all mine to another pharmacy. Life happens sometimes people need to look at how they treat others!"

"We moved here a year ago and wanted to stay with a small-town personable family owned pharmacy, so we chose this one. As far as we knew it was this one or Walmart and we didn't want to go with the large corporate pharmacy like Walmart. Now, we love the pharmacy. There a particular person that works there that, in my opinion, shouldn't work with customers simply because that person just isn't very friendly, at all. That's not to say that person is invaluable bc well, that just simply isn't true. Everyone has value. I do wish this person were more friendly with the customers that do bring thier business to them instead of somewhere else. It would be nice to see a smile when the window is open by them or when someone walks in and is ready to check out to kindly ask if they found everything ok or things of that nature instead of acting like they are a bother. Other than that, the actual pharmacy, we love. They don't take all day to get it all filled and ready for you!!! Thanks to the WHOLE TEAM at Medi-quick Pharmacy-Booneville, AR."
