"Quest is hard on personnel and rude and uncaring of patients. I had an appt for 5 months for a lab draw ordered by Dr, I have had lab work every 5 to 6 months with Mercy for years. After quest took over it all got bad for patients. I checked in and was confirmed I was there, I waited 1 & 1/2 hours, when I questioned why they were taking people that came in after me, (walkins) a Quest lab rep at my Dr's office came out and said its first come first serve, I said I checked in as usual early for an appt scheduled for months she said we have never taken appointments for lab I said I've been coming here for years my doctor always orders an appointment and she said that's not true that's a lie we have never taken appointments yelling at me in front of everybody in the waiting area and offices..I had an email confirmation and a text confirmation about my appointment and she refused to look at it and said we have never given appointments and then walked back to an office, Needless to say I left there Shaking and upset and eventually had my lab done at the hospital central lab. Usually a long wait with Quest I did get in. Then they make the lab technicians confirm your insurance get your card make sure they have a payment card and make you pay your copay make sure you're paying your percentage of your out-of-pocket Before they will draw your lab. So that they can limit staff Quest got rid of humans and they use KIOSKS *for patients to check themselves in.**Bring someone that can use kiosk if you're disabled and can't use the kiosk you're older and don't know how to use a kiosk, Or you have any other impairment because there's no human to help you."

"Now Quest. Phone # doesn’t work. No front desk only two computer pads to input information. Zero help. Horrible place. Go somewhere else."
