We offer a Drug & Alcohol Safety Education Program (DASEP) with Pre-Sentence Screening Reports (PSSR) for courts in Pulaski, Lonoke, Prairie, and Saline Counties. Our annual golf tournament helps us raise funds to better provide services to clients with mental health issues and substance abuse disorders.
As a not-for-profit agency, we have been working since 1942 to build a stronger and more caring community. Our services focus on improving economic health, reducing domestic violence, treating substance abuse, resolving conflicts, and solving work performance problems. "Completely gave me the run-around. Couldn't direct me what steps I needed to clear my name w driver control. Took numerous nationally credited classes online but were denied. Took 4 hr alcohol awareness class and was denied bc it has to be 12 hr. Was NEVER told how many hours it had to be till after I wasted money on other online classes and money on mailing certificates. While all this was going on back where I live in Alabama I had a driving w no license ticket. So the judge ask me if I'm able to get my license in Alabama. I said yes but Arkansas is giving me the run around how to clear my name there. So thankfully I talked her into giving me more time. Come to find out they lost one of my certificates and also whoever turns the certs in was taking time off work for their birthday. So I had to wait even longer. Maybe when I was 6 years old I celebrated my birthday like that but when you hold a important position and people count on you to do your job you need to do it. People depend on their driving privileges to go to work, pick kids up and whatnot everyday and these people do not understand that whatsoever. Thankfully a guy named Tony helped me out and at least gave me some sort of updates after months of frustration."

"Not a soul answers the phone here. I don’t know how they stay in business. I wish I didn’t have to deal with them. They are also not very helpful at all."
"You can never get ahold of anyone. I got them on the phone 1 time and that was to setup the payment for classes & the system shut down. I called back the next day like she told me to and you guessed it no answer! I had to go in to do the payment because I could never get anyone on the phone. Well, the classes were supposed to start this afternoon at 5 and I never received the email with the link or instructions on how to join the class. This is beyond infuriating!"
"If you can actually get a hold of somebody, they're pretty nice. But it's almost impossible to get a hold of anybody on the phone there! I spent every day last week trying to call them before I finally reached somebody. But I have to say once I reach them they were very nice and helpful. It's just sad that it's so hard to reach somebody there. That's a very important place for a lot of us people."
