"Cancelled my appointment the day of, didn’t tell me, and claims they don’t do psychological evaluations. They will lie straight to your face. Avoid at all costs."

"The Doctor was nice but a 20 minute visit for $1,000? Over $800 of the bill was listed as additional testing and scoring. What testing? Then the FIRST and only bill we received had "Final Attempt" written on the outside of the envelope and highlighted in yellow. This was neither professional nor ethical. Makes you wonder if someone at this company gets enjoyment from trying to embarrass people. Additionally, getting them to answer the phone is near impossible."

"I went in to be tested for ADHD. I was there maybe 2 hours. I spoke to the Dr for maybe 30 minutes then took a multiple choice questionnaire. I got my bill, and it's for almost $900! Almost $600 of that is "additional testing". Then they charged me $30 to give me the results and called it "psychotherapy". What? It's standard to give patients results but you don't charge for it. I've tried calling them multiple times and no one ever answers or returns my call. I received zero help from this place. Seems like a giant scam."

"Super friendly staff who care about their patients. What stood out the most, however, is how they run their office. I had a scheduled monthly payment with them to pay off my bill and noticed that in December it didn’t take out. So, I called to make sure nothing was wrong because I still owed a bit. Well come to find out they don’t bill in December so that their patients have a little more during the holidays. Name one clinic that does that! It touched my heart. Thank you."

"I attended one visit with Saline Psychological Services for a bariatric surgery clearance. I absolutely loved speaking with Dr. Schlau! She was professional but with a very laid back feeling which made it extremely easy to talk with her. The office was extremely quiet, which I LOVE. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Schlau was even kind enough to accommodate my individual needs when she did not have to. I appreciate her going above and beyond for me when she clearly did not have to. If I lived closer, I would love to become a regular client. I highly recommend her! I would like to add that I do NOT know if she will be clearing me yet or not so this is NOT a good review based solely on positive results. The results of my evaluation are beside the point in my opinion. This was a quality facility and a great doctor."
