"The clinic is not a place for children. The nurse walked so fast my little ones and I could not keep up. She turned the corner and lost us! She was impatient with my 3 year old to get on scale. But would not engage with the child to help the situation. Once in the room we had a long wait. Dr Robertson was rushed as well. “Forgot” to look at my daughter’s rash. Called me later in the day for me to bring her back in. I had already taken her back to school and did not have another half day to waste. I now drive 1 1/2 hours back to my old pediatrician. The entire trip is still quicker than going to this clinic. I get asked a lot for recommendations for doctors at my job. I’m sad because I have tell my patients I don’t know any yet in Cabot. I also was going to use her but I already know how I will be treated."

"GOOD LUCK trying to even make an appointment as a new patient. They cannot tell on their computer system whether or not a dr will take you as a patient. They send a PAPER to each dr to see who will take you. I waited 2.5 weeks and NO answer as to who will take me as a patient. Absolutely ridiculous. Only reason it got a star was because of the staff members who took my calls trying to figure out what was going on."
