"I can not rate Dr Pomtree this time because we did not get to see her. WHO I will rate is your receptionists at the windows. I get they have the crappiest job of the “doctor’s office” that does not give them the right to have a God complex or to be ugly and nasty. I have experienced this myself for just a well visit they act like they are put out by having to greet me and evan wait on me. Yes my husband was late getting there and yes he tried to explain they were completely stopped by traffic that we had no control! But she just rolled her eyes! (I have an IDrive screen shot for proof but she didn’t want to hear it.) I have been a faithful customer for over 18 years, 2 kids. I don’t feel like anyone in the background or the doctors are aware of this and hopefully this won’t fall on deaf ears. But someone needs to teach them some compassion and grace!!! So I’ll use this opportunity to let you know!"
