"Dr. Roark is great. Her billing department however is not great. When insurance covers preventative healthcare 100% and you get a bill repeatedly because they are coding wrong, there is something bad going on. Avoid the frustration."
"Where do I begin? If I could use one word to describe Dr. Roark it would be AMAZING! My daughter delivered my sweet grandson Josiah on 2/5 & Dr. Roark was the on call pediatrician for the weekend. Her bedside manner is absolutely everything. It feels like I've known her forever & not once did she make me feel rushed. She's super sweet, very knowledgeable, thorough during her assessments & didn't mind answering all of my many questions. On every encounter that we had with her she remained the same & we were there a total of 5 days. She was really a blessing to my family & I and I could never thank her enough. My only regret is that I couldn't take her back to Louisiana with us to be my grandson's pediatrician. If I wouldn't have found a pediatrician locally I had every intention on making the 3 hour drive so that he could be taken care of by Dr. Roark.
