"I've been taking my children to this office since 2010, never had much of a problem until this year, several times my children complained about being treated rudely, I over looked it, cuz of course nobody likes the dentist, but after today I have serious problem. She treated my son (16) poorly in August then treated my daughter (10) poorly today I regret not believing them the first time I will be seeking other dentist and possibly legal ramifications. This lady was a great dentist I firmly thought, but now I regret to inform Noone should take their children to her. I'm not sure what happened in her life that changed how she treats ethnic children but I won't take mine back to her!"

"I sought out K.I.D.D.S/ Dr. Baldwin for pediatric dental care for my 3 (nearly 4) year old son. I’d like to start by recognizing the wonderful office staff. They were so kind and considerate when helping me schedule our first appointment. Flash forward to appointment day, my son was so excited to see the jungle theme waiting area. When the hygienist called him back, she was so sweet and tender with my son. They allowed one parent back and explained everything to him in kid-friendly (non-scary) words. They got him excited to do x-rays and get his teeth cleaned! He enjoyed learning about good brushing with a cute little monkey puppet. From the x-rays, we found a few cavities and had to make a second appointment for treatment. I was very happy with the non-threatening treatment plan and the explanation of steps to be taken. When the day came for the second appointment, my son was yet again greeted by a friendly hygienist and we were again allowed a parent back to assist in the beginning of our treatment plan. Once everything was set in motion, my son went back to do the dental work on his own and they came out to update us on his progress along the way. Once they finished up, Dr. Baldwin herself carried my son out on her hip, patting his back and complementing him. She shared what all was done and went over post-treatment care with us. As a mom, it was super reassuring to see my son comfortable and content but also see him be cared for so tenderly by a medical professional. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Baldwin’s office because my son will not have a fear of the dentist growing up. He’s already talking about going back for his next cleaning. Thank you Dr. Baldwin! From one mama to another, I see your heart pour out in your practice!"

"This woman literally made fun of my child's teeth and he has been self-conscious about it because of her ever since. What kind of the dentist office doesn't want the parent to come back with the child?? One that doesn't want you to see how they treat your kid"

"My son has seen pediatric dentist in Tampa, FL as well as Hot Springs. I took him in for a second opinion, at the time he was 2. She said he had 7 cavities that needed to be filled and a couple would require pulpotomy. She said he would require sedation. Her demeanor was short and almost confrontational. Her assessment of his teeth was much worse than his pediatric dentist in FL. So we took him to a third dentist whose assessment was more in line with the first dentist. He had one pulpotomy and one filling done under nitrious only without any issues."
