"I chose Dr. Simpson because my previous PCP stopped practicing. At first, he seemed to truly care about me as a patient. Today, I went to him to discuss time off work and explain why. He interrupted me, did not allow me to finish my statement, and told me I would have to see a specialist. I told him I am seeing 3 and no one can determine the issue. He then told me he can refer me to someone else. He then rushed me out the door with a piece of paper with the name of a new clinic. Not once did this man even acknowledge what I have been dealing with for over 20 years. His only response to my time off request was, "Why do you need time off now if you have been dealing with it for years?" . Mental illness is real. Obviously not to him. I have never experienced such a lack of concern for a patient."

"Dr Simpson totally rushed, prescribed something for an opposite problem, did not ask how long I had a skin dry patch, just called it a flare up. I've never had flare ups nor cysts. I think he is silly and dismissive, and using any of the 4 tubes of steroid cream could make the situation worse. It isnt an allergy. I don't have allergies. I think cyst is a dismissal term when anything bone related happened on the job. This isn't even a current job, and how dare he put lawsuit interests above health, anyway. No, didn't have any lawsuit planned."

After my first visit, I was surprised how well the appointment went and how well Dr Simpson seemed to understand my medical history. I've been with Dr Simpson now for about 6 months but I can truly say that I love Dr Simpson and his staff. They are attentive to my needs, quick to set up appointments, or get back to me if I have a question. Dr Simpson listens to me and advises me on my treatment options. His staff follow up on referrals or prescription refills. I always feel like I'm talking to a real person and not someone just taking a message. I have recently discovered Telemed Visits with Dr Simpson. He listens so well to everything I'm saying and his advice and treatment plans are clear and understandable. Yes, I was worried about finding the right Primary care physician, but I am comfortable and confident with Dr Simpson and his staff."

"Jacob is the RUDEST office manager that ever existed!!! This is not the first time!! I called to speak with my doctors nurse to get my prescription sent to the pharmacy. They told me 6pm. I called at 10:00. Totally unacceptable. I guess I will have to find another doctor due to the front office staff being RUDE! I like Dr. Simpson but not the front office staff. Amanda is RUDE too! The nurse called me back and I missed her call. I called back. Amanda asked who was calling and before I could get my last name out, she transferred the call! If you two don't like working with the public, get another job!!! Jacob took up for Amanda before he assessed the situation. He said, "well you were rude to Amanda." How does Jacob know I was rude, he was not on the phone so he just took her word for what it was."
