"The best bakery ever. I will have them do my wedding, they are superb. Chocolate is rich, white is not too sweet and the carrot cake is perfection, not very sweet but with a lovely cream cheese icing that brings it to life. The petit fors are a must have."

"I called to make a cake order for January 10th. I asked a strawberry cake and specifically asked if it had slices of fresh strawberries in it. The person who works there said yes and was charged extra for it which I gladly paid since I really wanted fresh strawberries. I picked the cake up around 3:30-4pm and went home then when it was time to cut it, there was no fresh strawberries in the cake . It was a pink strawberry flavor cake like those box cakes from the store, but worse. It was dry and had no flavor . The unicorn design was nice but the cake was not good at all. Waste of money."

"Normally I would give them a 5 but they forgot to deliver my wedding cake. Kind of an insane thing to forget…They refunded it and brought it the next day after the fact but the wedding was over and now my family is stuck with a ton of cake. It’s unfortunate that something like this would happen with such a well-established bakery in the area."

"Ole' Rick did it right when he purchased the entire location where he resides. Kitchen with windows so you can watch the magic before your eyes. Bakery for those upscale cakes that compliment any occasion you desire. Little goodies and gifts to accomplish your goal in one visit. Classroom so you can unleash your inner baker. Coffee and drinks to top off that indulgence you so deserve. Rick's is everything you'd think it'd be and then some. I thought I was dreaming when I finally found someone who makes Petite Fours the way I dreamed they'd be. The staff is always so nice and friendly as well. Just a great experience all around! I make a point to go every time I visit NW Arkansas."

"Their baked goods are very good. Unfortunately, the dining experience is lacking. I came in a little after 2pm during the weekday looking forward to enjoying a slice of pie and a nice cup of coffee. Both of which are on their menu. When I asked for each of these I was informed that they were unwilling to slice into any full pie they currently had and their coffee urns were empty of medium roast and the decaf was cold. They then told me they were also unwilling to brew pot....... Complete waste of a trip."
