Not only was I told I was going to be charged $4 for a custom tea for asking for a venti cup of ice with one pump of sweetener (that should amount to $.88) to refresh my coffee from earlier in the day. The employee “Mandy” ,with no name tag, provided me with the wrong contact information for the manager, the store number as well as the district manager. While the email information was clearly written on the support board inside the store. I was also completely ignored by the other employees and only asked if I got the information I was looking for once leaving. Hopefully this situation is addressed and the employees are trained properly."
