"They deserve a zero star rating. Was referred by my pcp for home health care. They decide I need physical therapy without consulting my orthopedic Dr. Their therapist likes to call repeatedly, like 4 times or more in a row insisting he needs to come out. Someone needs to learn how to run that office and offer the services a person actually needs instead of opening their self up to one hell of a lawsuit!"

"I don't even see how they stay in business. The Hope Arkansas office is horrible! We had a nurse come out and do all the necessary paperwork. Next day we show up at moms at 8 am no CNA not even one scheduled. I call them up and they said they would have a CNA out the next day at 8 am. We show up at moms no CNA so we call the place up and they said they will have a CNA out at 8:30 am that was today and guess what no CNA no phone call nothing! They also said they can have someone at moms at 8 am and 5 pm now they say they can't find anyone on the weekend or evenings. So they lie like a carpet! Never beleive what they tell you!! Corporate is also going to get this as well and I hope someone that knows how to run a establishment takes over or shut them down!! We cancelled all services with them! We don't need help like that!"
