Seed Digging, PLLC

Seed Digging, PLLC is a health institution located at 1003 North Main Street in Harrison, Arkansas, United States. Counselors at the Seed Digging Wellness Center are licensed mental health professionals specializing in trauma, addictions, and the Seed Digging technique. They offer individual, couple, marriage, family, and group counseling services using a brief therapy model.

Shawna Burns, a Licensed Counselor and author, has written five books on Seed Digging concepts. These books are available for children, teens, adults, teachers, and students. Seed Digging counseling sessions take place at the Seed Digging Wellness Center in Harrison, Arkansas. Shawna's passion for working with children led her to transition from teaching special education to counseling, with a focus on making a greater impact on individuals through one-on-one sessions.
