"Dr. Cole is the WORST doctor I have ever had and I highly recommend that you ABSOLUTELY DON’T want your baby to be delivered by him! I don’t know how else I can very blatantly describe him in a few choice words... Due to privacy issues, my comments are intentionally vague and broad… - Rude - Horrible bedside manner - Uncaring - Curt and dismissive - Appointments are rushed and lack in insight and depth - Treats patients like a number without sincerity or sensitivity - Doesn’t care about your health, unique concerns or pregnancy education or your wishes to provide education or guidance - Belittling * His nurses and administrators are THE ABSOLUTE BEST & if it hadn’t been for their compassion, knowledge, and support, I would have filed a formal complaint against his practice due to an inaccurate decision during my labor and delivery Lastly, my newborn and myself were re-admitted 2 weeks after delivery and Dr. Cole never once met with me, my baby or during this urgent stay of 3 days in hospital. His lack of care led directly to more serious case and jeopardized both our recoveries…."

"Dr. Andrew was a disappointment. Starting off appointments/ checking on baby, he was great, so I thought... Then when it came time to have baby, he was NO where to be found, not picking up the calls. So sad to say my child has to have "some certain" doctor on the birth certif. Because it should be to every Nurse! That was there.. then his little side kick doctor No better. He came to stitch me up and left object(s) inside!!!! Then for Andrew to come in my room, to say "sorry"... He could have kept it, cause I don't believe he was "sorry" knowing he had a delivery..."

"I’m really not sure where to begin on this amazing doctor,person, and friend. I first went to dr cold when I was 17years old. He delivered all 4 of my children. He is so polite. His staff is wonderful and most of them have been there for 15 plus years. Ashley is the best nurse. So easy to talk to and relate to. Very caring staff all the way around. Dr Cole also did my hysterectomy, tubal, and currently put in an Altis sling for me due to bladder leaking. I could go on and on but hopefully you get the point. If you want a great doctor and comfortable safe environment, go to dr Cole."

"I was scheduled for a hysterectomy in June 2021after seeing Dr Keitha Holland for over a year with gyn issues and seeing her and an ANP Lisa in office and given over 7 birth control pills to stop period. Nothing helped and I was at my wits end hormonally and mentally. For some reason Holland referred me to Cole for surgery and went in for my last ultrasound and pre-op. I came into office tearful and anxious and had bled through my clothes so more frustrated. The front office thought I was mad about a scheduling conflict and told nurse I was mad and she relayed to Cole. He entered my room already angered asking what my problem was and why I was upset and why was I here. I questioned if he had discussed my chart with Dr Holland He replied no and not even seen my chart because he was busy and I told him I was here for a pre-op for hyst. He started laughing and said then tell my why bc I'm not the type of dr to just cut you open without knowing why. He became more agitated which upset me more and after more hateful remarks and gaslighting and telling me I was depressed, I asked him to leave the room so I could get dressed and leave. He said I think that would be best. I heard nothing from the office and I had seen Dr Holland since around 2010. I did get a certified letter after about a from them but sent it back. The gaslighting and disregard for women going through menopause or having hormonal issues is ridiculous. The lack of education dealing with hormones by much of the medical field was surprising to me and then how it is played off by saying well that's just what you deal with at your age. I did find an ANP to help me and not have to have a hysterectomy. I'm not sure why I was sent to him for surgery by my own doctor, but I wish that had never happened. I have lost so much trust and respect in so many providers over the past 10 years. It is sad."
