"Only reason I gave one star because zero starts were not an option. Dr Nolan was very unprofessional and said things to me as mine and my unborn child dr was very inappropriate. After messaging portal AND calling about my high blood pressure told to drink water and rest my blood pressure was high so I went too baptist and they right away did more things then I’ve ever got done my whole pregnancy while at baptist my blood pressure sky rocketed after reading what dr Nolan said to me. I ended up with a great nurse staff at baptist and dr who delivered my healthy baby girl. My trust in the whole conway obgyn department has been broken and I would never recommend them to a soul. I do have all proof of my review screen shots and Voice mail."

"I’ve had the worst experience with this clinic. The experience has been unlike any other with any other provider, so much so that I’ve decided to leave the clinic. Childbirth should be a wonderful experience. This clinic has made it anything but. My doctor was Dr. Lauren Nolen. Her, her nurse, and the clinic staff lack empathy and explanation. Interactions with them where very procedural and not personal at all. I constantly felt like ‘just another patient’ instead of an actual person. Example: I’m to come in for a 3 hour glucose check as I did not pass the 1 hour check. The staff offered no explanation as to what that could potentially mean whatsoever. I relied on Google for guidance which completely defeats the purpose of seeing a provider, who you expect to be informative. This clinic was everything but, even down to dealing with the billing for my services. I was treated as if I was wrong for asking questions about the billing. Although the person who handles the billing came out and spoke to me, she just had an amount to pay, no cost breakdown even after asking. These are high stress times and your provider should not be adding to it. I recommend the OBGYN clinic at Baptist, a recognizable brand with great providers. As for Conway OBGYN, please do BETTER."

"Dr. Nolen is one of the most kind doctors out there. She is so patient with you and always takes the time to explain things to you and help you understand. She listens to your concerns without dismissing them. She is truly a gem in the field of OBGYN."
