"My father called to check on a set of tires they had in stock. Drove from Sioux City but the guy sold them knowing he was on his way. He didn’t txt or call saying he sold them don’t make the trip. This place has poor business ethics. Lots of other tire shops to choose from."

"I won't be spending another cent or refer another person to this place. I was late for my appointment today and I apologized right off the bat only to get a mouth full of attitude from the big guy in the shop. This guy needs a good dose of customer service training! The smaller guy in the shop is pretty cool, the big guy, the world must owe him something! I like doing business with the small business community, but this just pushes me back to stick with big dealerships to get what I need done on my vehicles. No attitude ever at Ford or Billion dealerships to date with all the business I have done with them."

"These guys do an awesome job. Extremely knowledgeable and very honest about what needs fixing and what can wait. Case in point, I took my truck in to have new pads and rotors put on. They replaced the fronts but explained that the rears were in fine shape and wouldn’t need replacing for another year or so. I’m willing to bet very few places would be that honest. Won’t trust anyone else with my vehicles."
