"Don’t take your dear babies here! They are not to be trusted!! We took our golden here for the first time & by about 6:30 my mother was balling because she didn’t know what happened to her dog. They wouldn’t answer the phone. The lights were off . Full story: Dropped him off at 11am, was told he will be ready no later than 4. Called around 3:30 to ask because I was in the area. They told me 15 minutes. So I show up and they tell me he’s not ready so I go back 30 minutes later and they say he’s not ready. Then at 6 we’ll show up and bang on the door with no one answering. Finally at 6:20 the come out and say your dog is not ready. I tell them just give me my dog. He says you need to pay first. I say show me my dog so I know he’s safe he says no you must pay me first. So I say fine and pay then they bring my dog out. He’s soaking wet, no hair cut nothing done!! I am furious! The lied to me all day about when he’d be done then at 6:20 when I become worried because they’ve turned the lights out they tell me you can’t have him until you pay even tho they’ve done nothing . Terrible customer service! This place is a joke. Don’t take your babies here"
