I use to groom my dog, Lucy, myself because I don’t trust anyone with her, as she is also a senior, she needs extra care. I don’t have a worry about sending Lucy to them. I’ve brought all 6 of my dogs here, each with different coats and needs, and they all come out beautiful and perfect!!!"

"Jade and her husband are fantastic! My dog loves to go see them. You can tell that they both treat my dog extremely well. Jade makes my poodle look like a million bucks and always takes time to answer all my questions. I love that she does by appointment only, so u know exactly when to drop off and pick up. I love that my dog is not kept in a crate. Jade is fast - she takes around 1 1/2 hours to bathe and groom my large Standard Poodle. She respects my time and stays on schedule. Also, she works on the weekends! Jade is WORTH EVERY PENNY!!"

"I have mixed feelings about Jade's grooming service. While she is a good groomer and a nice lady, she is just way too busy and has way too much going on. I had a weekly appointment with her, but many weeks she was busy or had something else going on. I always tried to accommodate her, but after a while, it just got exhausting. I have decided to move on to a new groomer. If you choose to use her, good luck to you. Just keep in mind that if you're 30 minutes late, she is going to charge you $50, even if you call and tell her you're running behind or it's pouring with thunderstorms. Overall, I would recommend finding another groomer who can provide a more reliable and consistent service."
