He's tactful, well organized, respectful, compassionate and super intelligent. The office is always clean and the ladies at the front desk are always polite and friendly. The nurses and the medical assistants are always kind and compassionate as well. This is truly an amazing staff."

"Dr West is a knowledgeable provider, but his staff from the front desk to the nurses are horrible. Staff and nurses are very unorganized. When I was patient with this provider-the nurses were not washing their hands, touching sterile field, and walking out the rooms with gloves on. I had to ask the nurse to please remove your gloves, wash your hands, and redo the sterile field to decrease the chance of me getting an infection. After that day-I walked out and never returned. If you decide to see this provider please stay on top of your appointments that were schedule whether it’s F2F or Virtual. Front office staff would change my Virtual to F2F last minute. No communication & when I was ask the change no reason. Dr. West had to apologize so many times to me that it got too much for me. When it comes to billing-they don’t send your statements. They just wait until your ready to schedule your next appointment to state that you have an outstanding balance before you could book. I ran into this issue so many times & decided this definitely a sign to find a more organize modern practice."

"I swear the best doctor God has created! You want a genuine, knowledgeable, caring, humble, brilliant doctor. Than look no further. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful he is.....because it does no justice!...you have to meet him to understand how wonderful he is! As a nurse iv worked for and alongside many doctors and I know how impatient and arrogant doctors can be. They treat you like an assembly line and with no personalization at all! Doctor West however is very diffrent. He truly has a calling and an unmistakable passion and brilliance as an OBGYN. The first time I met him I was dumbfounded how caring he was because I never had a doctor say to me "So what questions do you have for me" He wanted to answer each one and with such patience!I He reminds me so much of the great Doctor Ben Carson. He really really took the time to help me. I think highly of him and recommend him to everyone. This Doctor has a gift! And you should consider yourself blessed to have him as your doctor through the most emotional, stressful and beautiful time during your pregnancy and feminine health.
