"i had an appointment for my birthday that i made in advance. at the very last minute they called and canceled on me, i then rescheduled for a different day and asked if they could maybe throw in something extra or a discount for the inconvenience and they said no. If i cancel on them, i pay a fee, if they cancel they should be throwing in something extra or a discount. I understand things happen although i was surprised to hear no from them."

"My appointment was 1:00pm, the massage therapist called me 10 minutes late, her massage was okay but I got charge for massage, tax and gratuity $161.70. To be honest the charge compare to massage was too high and unfair."

"I saw Shaun for my deep tissue massage. I have seen her before and see her when I can. She is even better now. She listens to how you would like your massage done and how deep. She starts out slow and finishes hitting the last tough spots. If you like a deep tissue Shaun is one to see!"

"I signed up for a 6 month membership and LOVED my massages with Zack. However, the management service is a pain in the butt. I knew I only wanted to do 6 months and asked how I had to cancel in advance to avoid autopay. They told me I have to call a manager prior to when I want to cancel but after I’ve used all my credits. It felt old school to me but I added a reminder in my calendar. I called and it took 5 days for them to call me back. After calling she asked me two questions and said it takes 10 days to process the payment and that I’d be charged one more time because I was within the window of processing. We agreed to not pay because I had called well before the 10 days. However, I was charged and after multiple calls of phone tag, realized they had the wrong email for me to fill out a PAPER PDF cancellation. 5 calls, a refund request and a paper cancellation later, I’m out. Get with the times massage envy."
