"I would give more stars if google aloud me. I have been seeing doctor v for the most part of my pregnancy. She has been extremely supportive and informative about anything and everything. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and I was scheduled for an induction at 39 weeks. I came in on February 5th which just so happened to be my 27th birthday. Things didn’t go as planned and I ended up having to have an emergency c section to safe mine and my baby girl life. Since then everyone has been a wonderful support team and have done everything for me and my baby girl. I love this group of hard working individuals."
"Was told by the doctor I would be prescribed 3 specific medications. Two pills, one antibiotic ointment. The pharmacy called telling me the antibiotic sent in is something I'm deathly allergic to. The people at Physicians for Women say they never sent such a prescription. The pharmacist did confirm they had been sent this prescription for me, but now no one knows how I was sent it. I guess I was MAGICALLY prescribed a drug that can kill me. When I go to pick up my non-deadly antibiotic, it is a pill, not a cream as discussed during my exam. I was confused and surprised because we had NOT talked about taking a round of oral antibiotic during my appointment. We had only discussed the topical ointment. It became unclear whether I had a slight infection around my wound that could be cleared with topicAl ointment, or if they presumed I had a systemic infection that needed oral antibiotic. I attempted to reach my Doctor, or their assistant multiple times. I received a call back from staff that was not in the exam room with me, and therefore had no idea what was discussed and not discussed during my appointment. This staff member acted surprised that I would want to see the doctor in order to clarify my condition and said I can take the antibiotics or not it is up to me.... Shouldn't I be following the INFORMED advice of a medical professional? Isn't that why I came for a check up in the first place? Lastly, I am unsure if this newly prescribed antibiotic is safe for me, again because this oral antibiotic was never discussed with me by my doctor."
"First off we love DR. Varharde! She is great and the literally only reason we come here. We had our anatomy ultrasound scheduled in the 2nd of June. They called to inform us that they were moving from the 4th floor to the 2nd floor so they had to reschedule us. They moved our appointment to the 7th of June at 1:15 for the ultrasound and 2:15 for our check up. When we got here we went to the 2nd floor where they informed us they moved to but the floor was vacant. We went to the 4th floor to see if they had signs to help us understand where to go and that’s when we found out that they didn’t move yet but that they were moving on the 12th. We went to check in for our ultrasound where the receptionist told us that there unreasoning tech had quit the week prior and that we had to come back at 2:15 for our check up and we have to skip out anatomy ultrasound which we are already weeks late for at this point. We took off of work for both appointments and got no courtesy call to inform us that we wouldn’t be able to do the ultrasound. Absolutely terrible experience! Like I said if it wasn’t for DR. Varharde we wouldn’t even consider this place!"
"Had an appointment today at 2:30. Waited in the lobby about 35 minutes past before being called. Got put in a room, told to undress. Just before 4 o'clock, I finally decided I'd been forgotten, so I hopped down and started getting dressed in the adjacent bathroom. Lady pops in the other room to ask about if I'd want to see a provider I'd previously seen. I said absolutely not. I re-entered the room after dressing and had planned to give them 10 more minutes before walking out...but then I heard same lady talking with Dr. Colgrove (who had come extremely recommended to me and that was the ONLY reason I'd came back to this clinic) outside the door. He apparently had issue that I'd seen two providers with them and that I was there on a consult to request a procedure be done. Heard him note that if I had an issue with a provider, I should have let front desk know. As I'm sure it's noted in my file, I filed a formal complaint against Vaharde for an unauthorized membrane sweep, after I'd declined an induction. So, to finish out my pregnancy and delivery, I'd switched to Bradley. I absolutely adored that woman. She was an amazing provider. But she's no longer with this clinic (matter of fact, I haven't been able to find her anywhere), which is why I'd requested Colgrove. Instead, I left the room and let the front desk know about the issue as I walked out the door, sans even being seen. If you see Colgrove let him know that, well, he wasn't my first option, either. I'll gladly find a different provider."
"Got called back to the exam room waited over an hour. Doctor never came in and the nurse never came in to check on me. Peaked my head out the door and seen the same nurse and asked what was taking so long and she said the doctor went to deliver a baby which I don't have a problem with but the nurse said the doctor wasn't coming back. She should have told me that instead of having me wait over an hour. I probably wouldn't have found that out if I wouldn't have put my head out of the door"
