But the owner assured me “he’s a good worker and a polite boy who probably didn’t mean it like that.” This establishment’s job is to ensure the safety and integrity in a luxury service. The owners minimized my disturbing experience and sided with the male therapist who touched me in inappropriate places. Because they’ve never been partially naked alone in a room with him before. Before any uncomfortable touching, the therapist (Dru) asked if I regularly get massages, (yes, just not there) He then asked if I see a chiropractor, and I giggled that the chiro scares me. With my head down on the table, he says “so you don’t like being bent into different positions,” which is an odd thing to say to a woman you’re just meeting. The massage goes on, we are working on a knot in my neck, which is what brought me in. Then it’s time for me to turn on my back. To make a long story short, a hot towel was placed over my eyes, I felt the sheet get lifted uncomfortably high to where I couldn’t feel the fabric on my body, leaving my entire body exposed. I don’t know where he received his training or what he thought was appropriate, but the man rubbed my breasts repeatedly. How am I certain he rubbed my breasts and not just my armpits/ribs? Because he then had to clean me with another hot towel that was first placed over my nipples - not my upper chest. Again, the sheet was lifted to expose my entire top half to wipe down. I thought I could trust a professional, but clearly this place isn’t hiring professionals, nor are they professionals themselves. I couldn’t believe how I was dismissed. It takes a lot of courage to advocate for yourself, but apparently they still think they deserve my money in the future. AS IF I WOULD EVER GO BACK??? I’ve been advised to reach out to the BBB and I’m still feeling raged enough to commit to that decision. Honestly, even once the anger subsides, that’s still the best option for this place to feel any repercussions for subjecting their clients to dangerous situations."

My fiance and I booked separate room massages because it was cheaper and we don't talk during the massage anyways, but they asked us if we wanted to be we together and didn't up charge us. The massages were fantastic and loved the foot soak before. Would definitely go back!"

"Went for a couples massage and was a very good atmosphere, had champagne and Godiva chocolates waiting by the 15 minute foot soak, staff were friendly and helpful guiding us for our first massage. I don’t believe the 60 minute massages are actually a full 60 minutes of hands on and more or less around 50 minutes, Reason for 4 star was website CLEARLY states they give discount/ no extra fee if paying in cash and they have an atm in store, arrived assuming I was going to use the atm and they were out of money and had to pay the extra fee which I think is unfair, other than that the place was good and enjoyed the date night with my girlfriend"

"I took my boyfriend here for his birthday. They did such a good job and did harder pressure without me purchasing the deep tissue for $20 more. They also do culling and a foot soak and can add on cups of champagne and chocolates to make your event special. They also place hot wet towels on your neck and shoulders so I didn’t buy the stones either. The price is so good for the quality of massages. I have paid what I paid for both of us for one massage before. I’ll recommend and be back!"
